Intro to elemental magik

I had a couple big energy blasts come in and lost my place a couple times, please forgive me lol. As such, I have tried to make the following as concise as possible so its easy to understand. I have also added the next step, adding incantations. You can do it with or without the incantations.
Cheat sheet:
1. Become the tree, as tall as the universe. Roots to the deepest recesses of the earth and underworld, branches as high as the end of the universe and into the upper world. Your thick trunk is the middle world.
2. Pull up underworld energy to the upper world.
Through your roots, through your whole body (trunk) and out your branches. (Black or Red)
3. Pull down upper world energy to the lower world. Through your branches, down your trunk, and into the underworld through your roots. (White or Gold)
4. Let the energies mix in your body and cleanse and charge it. Every cell, every inch of your being, inside and out, physical, ethereal, and mental bodies. Upper body, lower body, and middle body.
5. Merge the upper and lower world energies in your heart center and explode beams of energy outwards to the ends of the universe, In front of you, behind you, to your right, to your left. Making yourself the center of the universe.
Optional: say out loud
"Aōth, Abraōth, Basym, Isak, Sabaōth, Iaō
Subject unto me all daimons, so that every daimon, whether heavenly or aerial or earthly or subterranean or terrestrial or aquatic, might be obedient to me and every enchantment and scourge which is from God. IAO!"
6. Draw air invoking cross at the end of the universe in front of you in yellow. Bottom to top, right to left.
7. Draw earth invoking cross behind you at the end of the universe in green. Top to bottom, right to left.
8. Draw water invoking cross at the end of the universe on your right in blue. Left to right, top to bottom.
9. Draw fire invoking cross to your left at the end of the universe in red. Right to left, top to bottom.
Optional: state out loud
"before me the whirling winds, behind me the great and nourishing earth, at my right hand the flowing rivers, at my left hand the roaring fire, above me the Spirit of the empyrean realms, below me the spirit of the infernal and eternal, the power of the elements shines within me and radiates without me."
10. Charge the air cross by vibrating IAO, let air through the gate down the energy beam from the end of the universe to your heart to cleanse and purify and fill your bodies. Feel the element with all 5 senses. Feel the gentle breeze on your face. Hear the whirling of the wind. Smell the aroma the winds carry. Taste the whirling air. See the sylphs and zephyrs dance.

11. Charge the water cross by vibrating IAO, let water through the gate down the energy beam from the end of the universe to your heart to cleanse and purify and fill your bodies. Feel the surf on your face. Hear the rushing of the rivers. Smell the seaweed in the air. Taste the salty spray of the sea. See the undines and mermaids dance.

12. Charge the earth cross by vibrating IAO, let earth through the gate down the energy beam from the end of the universe to your heart to cleanse and purify and fill your bodies. Feel the mud and dirt under your feet. Hear the rolling rocks of a landslide. Smell the aroma of the wet dirt and mud. Taste the dust in the air. See the gnomes and elves dance.

13. Charge the fire cross with IAO, let fire through the gate down the energy beam from the end of the universe to your heart to cleanse and purify and fill your bodies. Feel the warmth of the fire on your face. Hear the crackling of a bonfire. Smell the aroma of the smoke in the air. Taste the rolling smoke. See the drakes and salamanders dance.
Draw line of energy from this cross back to air to complete the circle.
14. Cauldron bottom up, draw crosses within the sphere of energy for each chakra. Feel the elements fill the sphere, then your entire body, then entire aura.
Optional: state out loud,
"I cleanse myself of all that is useless to me, of negativity, and anger, in place of these I charge myself to use the gifts of the elements to their potential."
Earth(genitals) cross top to bottom right to left (green) IAO

15. Cauldron top down, draw crosses within the sphere of energy for each chakra. Feel the elements fill the sphere, then your entire body, then entire aura.

Earth(throat) cross top to bottom right to left(green)
Water(heart/solar plexus) cross left to right top to bottom (blue)
Fire (navel) cross right to left top to bottom (red)

16. Shield outer sphere and inner body with earth, fire, water, air, spirit. I see the outside as a big sphere of moving elements and I coat and full my body with the elements.
Optional: state out loud
"I am shielded from all harm and malignancies, only beneficent energies may pass my barriers."
Notes:
The energy exploding from your heart center can be the elemental colours ie yellow for air, blue for water etc., or white, or black.
You are creating a sphere of energy as well as a 6 way crossroads of above, below, before, behind, right, left. These all meet at the heart then project out to the ends of the universe. Then the energy fills in a sphere around you.
The clockwise circumambulation casts a circle of protection. Connect the quarters with a line of light when doing this.
The exact locations of the chakras in the video are: crown/third eye, throat, heart/solar plexus, navel, genitals/base of spine.
You can do this entirely sitting with your eyes closed and all in your minds eye, or you can do it standing and then walk around the room circumambulating clockwise while you draw your crosses if you so desire, experiment with both. Once you have activated the 4 elemental crosses you can also continue to circumambulate clockwise and redrawing the crosses as many times as you want to raise even more energy.
The elements are arranged this way on the cross as it follows the same alchemical pattern of ascent as the witches cauldron. Which means it is reminiscent of shamanic correspondence. You could switch the locations of the elements in the circle around you to reflect western magik or your preferred paradigm if you so choose, I haven't noticed a big difference myself and have tried both.
3x a day if possible. 1 time minimum.

Apologies for the stumbling when I activated the elements, hopefully the notes clarify everything. If you continue to do this your energy body will continue to be pushed to its limits, you will utterly vibrate with energy, this is why I love this practice.
