This is natural black slate, as such the coloration and shape will vary from piece to piece. You may also find small bits of iron oxide in places, this is normal for this stone.
Comes with a plastic two piece easel for displaying.
Note that we send these uncoated so that you may enliven them with herbs, oils, blood, etc depending on your tradition. We recommend a light coat of clear laquer over top to protect it further after you choose to do this.
